Dr. Derek Murray, D.C.

In 2011 Dr. Derek Murray experienced a low-back injury while in chiropractic college that changed his life. While lying in the hospital bed, the neurosurgeon described the operation he would perform to "fix" the problem. Dr. Derek felt compelled to bypass the operation and rely on what he believed to be the answer to truly correct his condition: chiropractic.
Through specific, corrective chiropractic care, Dr. Derek experienced healing and a new-found passion to deliver a message of hope to those experiencing pain. He knows what it is like to have debilitating pain, uncertainty, and reliance on the Western medical model.
Dr. Derek is a certified Chiropractic BioPhysics® practitioner. He chose this technique because it is the most advanced, research-based, corrective chiropractic technique in the world.

Dr. Alysha Murray is a board-certified, licensed chiropractor and co-founder of Elevation Spine Center in Bend, Oregon. Born and raised in Canada, Dr. Alysha completed her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology in British Columbia and then attended Palmer College of Chiropractic West, graduating Cum Laude as a Doctor of Chiropractic.
Growing up on the rodeo circuit, she watched her barrel horse get adjusted and saw drastic improvements in performance and health. She received regular adjustments herself, but still suffered with stress-induced migraines — it wasn't until she saw a chiropractor trained in Chiropractic BioPhysics® that she found real relief.
That doctor took x-rays, fully analyzed her spine, and found ligament damage in her neck. She was prescribed specific adjustments and a tailor-made rehabilitation protocol. Her migraines dramatically improved, and she was inspired to become a fully certified Chiropractic BioPhysics® practitioner.
