What to bring.
- A valid ID and any prior imaging or health records
- Comfortable clothing you can move in
- A list of current medications and any prior imaging
- A few quiet minutes — no need to rush
Payment & superbills.
We keep pricing transparent and straightforward. Payment is due at the time of service, and we provide a detailed superbill you can submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. We do not verify benefits in-office, but we're happy to answer questions about how reimbursement works.
